True, but it's still pretty bad. At least most of the people shot in Baltimore are involved in some sort of crime.

Of those shootings, its left at least 15 dead (last I saw), which, is 88.31 murders per 100k (annualized).Now, that is just spot crime, not a full year, but you get the idea. Like I said, worse than Chicago.
