I'm also looking toward the future; when we leave Maryland, we'll be moving to a state where they actually issue permits.
Finally, I wanted to get in early on Michael's purse line. I love bags/purses, but I've never owned one of quality. This is my first foray into that territory.
From what I understand, they do. I haven't tried yet. Virginia is the one I'm going to get first - the hunter safety course covered the class requirement.
*AHEM!* I'm dying here to see your pics and read your write-up. Each day that goes by holds me in more suspense. Help a brother out and get me off these pins and needles, please!

Planning on getting a non-res permit?
Virginia and/or Pennsylvania, possibly others. :)

Haha, I actually went to the range tonight to get the jitters out of my system. Tomorrow!

I didn't think PA issued Non-Res permits unless you already had a resident permit in your home state (which is a no-go in MD)
Florida & Utah are the most widely recognized if you go that route. I'm in the process of getting mine replaced (damn lost wallet)
