The thing that really floors me is where they voted DOWN an amendment to enact stricter penalties on criminals who USE guns to commit CRIMES.If there was ever a moment that proved this bill was about curtailing rights of innocent people not about crime control it was that moment.Oh, and blank pistols / starter guns are considered "firearms" under the bill.
I can only pray this bill is challenged in court or held to referendum.
Pathetic... simply pathetic...
