I can only pray that this extremely clear cut example of vote tampering ( that is against the MD Constitution ) will be investigated, those who whipped the delegates be held accountable, and a judge sees this as just cause to put a permanent stay on the bill if it because law. It's outrageous that this would happen - and when the committee head ( sorry, his name escapes me ) asks loudly "Is this being video taped??" I saw red.
I hope Miek Smigel is persuing every legal avenue, every media outlet to wave this from the flagpole so every Marylander, every citizen is as outraged as we are.
